Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever, needs no card and includes scheduling, AI credits, templates and analytics. Upgrade when you need more.
What are AI credits?
AI credits pay for AI work such as writing captions and generating images. Each plan includes a monthly allowance shared across your workspaces. Text costs fewer credits than images. Unused credits do not roll over.
Are limits per workspace or per account?
Social accounts, posts per month, team members and sales agents are per workspace. Workspaces and AI credits are per account.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from your billing settings. New paid subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment.
How do yearly plans work?
You pay for twelve months up front at a lower price than paying monthly, and your allowances refresh every month as usual.
Who processes payments?
Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which also takes care of sales tax and VAT.
