Welcome to Quevix. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Quevix website and software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”), provided by Equalpixels (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using Quevix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, agency or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that organisation.
1. Account registration
To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service is not intended for children. You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to create an account. Please tell us straight away at [email protected] if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
2. Subscription and billing
2.1 Pricing plans
Quevix is offered on a Free plan and on the paid Pro and Max plans, each billed monthly or yearly. Current prices, AI credit allowances and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to you. A price change applies from your next renewal after the notice, never to a period you have already paid for.
2.2 Free plan
We do not offer a free trial. Instead, you can use the Free plan for as long as you like, within its limits. You will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
2.3 Payments via Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle’s Terms of Use.
In some regions a payment may instead be processed by Stripe or PayPal. When that happens, the checkout tells you who is processing the payment, and that provider’s terms apply to the payment itself. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout.
2.4 Renewal and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and the payment method on file is charged, until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep paid features until then, after which your account moves to the Free plan.
2.5 Refunds
A first purchase of a paid plan can be refunded within 14 days. The details, including how renewals are treated, are in our Refund policy.
2.6 AI credits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Unused credits do not roll over, have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
3. Workspaces and team members
An account can hold several workspaces, for example one per brand or per client. You can invite team members and give each of them a role (admin, manager, editor or viewer). Roles decide who can create, approve, schedule and publish posts; posts by editors go through an approval step before they are scheduled.
The account owner is responsible for who is invited, the roles they hold, and everything they do in the account. If you are an agency managing clients, you are responsible for having your clients’ permission to connect their social accounts and to publish on their behalf.
5. Your content
“Your content” means everything you or your team put into the Service: posts, captions, images, videos, templates, brand kits, comments and the media in your library, together with the AI output you choose to keep. You keep all ownership rights in your content.
You grant Equalpixels a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, adapt (for example, resize or render an image or video to a platform’s format), and transmit your content, solely to provide, secure and support the Service for you. This includes sending it to the platforms you publish to and to the AI providers that power features you use. The licence ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except for copies that already sit on a social platform or in backups that roll off on their normal schedule.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use your content, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that publishing it complies with the law and with each platform’s rules. We do not review content before it is published and we do not use your content to train our own models.
6. AI features
Quevix includes AI features that write captions, hashtags and calls to action, turn a link into a post by fetching the page, generate images, propose brand kits and plan a week of post ideas. To do this, we send your prompts and the relevant content to third-party AI model providers that we select, which may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI, DeepSeek, Groq, Mistral and OpenRouter.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or similar to content generated for other people. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving every output before you publish it, and for making sure it is accurate, lawful and properly disclosed where a platform or law requires AI-generated content to be labelled. As between you and us, you own the output you keep, to the extent the law allows anyone to own it.
When you ask us to fetch a link, only submit pages you are entitled to use. AI use draws on your plan’s monthly AI credits.
7. Third-party content and services
The Service lets you search stock images from Unsplash, Pexels and Pixabay. Those images are provided under their own licences (the Unsplash License, the Pexels License and the Pixabay Content License), and you must follow them, including any limits on depicted people, trademarks or resale.
Templates we provide may be used to create content for your own and your clients’ social channels. Third-party services linked from or used by the Service are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:
- Use the Service to store or transmit infringing, libellous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).
- Use the Service to break or get around any social platform’s rules, rate limits or enforcement.
- Publish misleading AI content, or impersonate a person or organisation.
Our Acceptable use policy forms part of these Terms and explains these rules in more detail.
9. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding your content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Equalpixels and its licensors. The “Quevix” name and logo are trademarks of Equalpixels. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and your posts on schedule, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every post will publish at the exact minute chosen. Maintenance, outages at our providers and platform-side failures can delay or stop a post. We may add, change or remove features over time; if we remove a feature that is central to a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, if a platform requires it, or if your use puts the Service, other customers or our platform access at risk.
You may close your account at any time. When an account is closed, we revoke its social tokens and delete its data as described in our Privacy policy and Data deletion instructions. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive it.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we make no promise about the reach, engagement or results your posts will achieve.
In no event shall Equalpixels, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
13. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
14. Changes to these terms and contact us
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above, and for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
