Quevix publishes to other companies’ platforms on your behalf, so how one customer uses it affects every customer’s access to those platforms. This Acceptable use policy sets out what you may not do with the Service. It forms part of our Terms of service and applies to you and everyone in your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these rules. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us at [email protected] before you publish it.
1. Spam and unsolicited content
Do not use Quevix to:
- send or publish unsolicited bulk communications (spam);
- post the same or near-identical content repeatedly, across many accounts, in a way the platform treats as spam or duplicate content;
- mass-tag, mass-mention or mass-comment to drive traffic, or post misleading links, link-baiting or deceptive redirects;
- promote pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick offers or other deceptive commercial practices.
2. Platform rules
Every post you publish through Quevix must comply with the terms, community guidelines and advertising or branded-content rules of the platform it goes to (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and any platform we add). You must not use Quevix to:
- get around a platform’s limits, reviews, bans, suspensions or other enforcement, including by reconnecting an account a platform has restricted;
- connect accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
- run networks of fake or coordinated accounts, or artificially inflate likes, followers, views or other engagement.
3. Automation and technical abuse
You must not:
- scrape, crawl or bulk-export data from the Service, or use it to collect data about other people’s social accounts;
- use scripts, bots or automated tools to drive the Service, beyond the features we provide;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks, probe or test its security, or interfere with its operation;
- create multiple accounts to get extra AI credits or Free plan capacity, or resell access to the Service without our written agreement;
- upload malware or content designed to harm devices or systems.
4. Misleading AI content and impersonation
Our AI features are there to help you write and design faster, not to deceive people. Do not use them, or any other part of the Service, to:
- create or publish deepfakes, or realistic images, video or text that falsely depict a real person saying or doing something;
- impersonate a person, brand or organisation, or falsely suggest that you are affiliated with or endorsed by one;
- spread disinformation, including false claims about elections, public health or emergencies;
- publish fake reviews or testimonials, or present AI-generated content as human-made where a platform or law requires it to be disclosed.
You are responsible for reviewing every AI output before it is published, and for labelling AI-generated content wherever a platform or law requires it.
5. Illegal, hateful or harmful content
Do not publish, store or generate content that:
- is illegal where you or your audience are, or promotes illegal goods or services;
- attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or serious illness;
- threatens, harasses, bullies or incites violence against anyone;
- sexually exploits or endangers children, in any form;
- promotes terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm or suicide;
- shares someone’s private information without consent, or is libellous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful or tortious.
6. Intellectual property
Only publish content you own or have permission to use. Do not use the Service to infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights, including by reposting other creators’ work without permission or by breaking the licence terms of stock images from Unsplash, Pexels or Pixabay.
If you believe content published through Quevix infringes your rights, email [email protected] with a description of the work, where it appears and your contact details. Content published on a social platform can also be reported to that platform directly.
7. Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been broken, we may, depending on how serious it is:
- warn you and ask you to remove or change content;
- cancel scheduled posts or block a feature, such as AI generation;
- disconnect a social account;
- suspend or close your account, without a refund where the breach is serious;
- report the matter to the platform concerned or to law enforcement where required.
Where we can, we tell you what we did and why, and you can reply to [email protected] if you think we got it wrong. We may act without warning when a breach puts people, the Service or our access to a platform at risk.
8. Reporting abuse
If you see Quevix being used in a way that breaks this policy, tell us at [email protected]. Include links or screenshots where you can. We review every report.
